It collects different types of data that can be configured in order to obtain the required analyses and results:

• Machinery status;
• Consumption in terms of electricity, gas, water, … ;
• Products and orders under execution that can also come from ERP and MES;
• Measurements from additional sensors or made available by the machinery;
• Employment of personnel in the execution of orders;
• Other data that can be read through an IoT infrastructure and are necessary to achieve the purposes;

It processes the collected data in real time, both in edge and cloud:

• Historicize data, creating correlations between each data and element of the factory (Data <-> Machinery <-> Processing <-> Product <-> Order);
• Adapt the data collection process to the conditions to always have only the necessary information, without redundancy or storage of non-significant data;
• Provides dashboards that represent the collected data already focused on needs;

It provides several real-time «views» designed to be used in the departments, on machinery and by administration and available on PC, large screen, tablet or smartphone:

• Status, connection and working condition of each connected object;
• Real-time data for each machinery and order under execution, including alarms and parameter controls;
• Detailed analysis of each machinery with activity tracking;
• Order and processing status;
